We offer free shipping on orders $75+ or $7 flat rate within the United States.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, and The United Kingdom.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, customs clearance, etc., especially during high-volume seasons.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns on candles, wax melts, car fresheners, and accessories within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@madhatterscandleco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
