SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer free shipping on orders $75+ or $7 flat rate within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup:
In-store pickup is available at 111 Orange Ave, Suite 100, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Pickups are available during store hours: Monday-Saturday/11:00am-5:00pm. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, and The United Kingdom.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, customs clearance, etc., especially during high-volume seasons.
