Return & Refund Policy

I don’t do exchanges based on fragrance preferences. But candles make wonderful gifts, and if you don’t like a certain scent, chances are someone you know will! (Please check out the fragrance profiles and notes in the product descriptions to help you make your pick). 

If your order arrives damaged, please email me at madhatterscandleco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order confirmation and pictures of the product, the box (to show any damage), and the bottom of the box (to show the certification stamp). I will work with you to resolve the situation and to make sure your order is taken care of. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
