We totally understand—scent is personal! While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, the good news is candles make amazing gifts. If the scent isn’t your favorite, it might be perfect for someone else. Be sure to check the scent descriptions and fragrance notes on each product page to help guide your next pick! 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at madhatterscandleco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order confirmation and pictures of the product, the box (to show any damage), and the bottom of the box (to show the certification stamp). We will work with you to resolve the situation and to make sure your order is taken care of. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
