Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the candle is unused, unburned, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Or, if you’d rather skip the return process, candles make amazing gifts! If the scent isn’t your favorite, it might be perfect for someone else.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at madhatterscandleco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order confirmation and photos of the product, the box (to show any damage), and the bottom of the box (to show the certification stamp). If this information is not provided, we cannot be held responsible for the damage. When all details are received, we’ll work with you to make it right.
