By purchasing from Mad Hatter’s Candle Co., LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Ordering & Payment

Purchases may be made through our website, in-person markets, and participating retail locations. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers or point-of-sale systems. We do not store full credit card details.

Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During warmer months, we ship Monday–Thursday only to prevent heat damage in transit.

Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after being scanned by the postal service. Delivery times may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for shipping delays or rerouted packages once in transit.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on U.S. orders $35+ or a flat $5 shipping rate. International shipping is available at calculated rates.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unburned candles in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued for product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).

For in-person purchases or consignment sales, returns are handled directly through Mad Hatter’s Candle Co. and not the retail partner, unless otherwise stated.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at madhatterscandleco@gmail.comwithin 72 hours with your order confirmation and photos of the product, packaging, and box bottom showing the certification stamp. Without this information, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site and our products—including names, logos, product titles, label designs, and images—is the property of Mad Hatter’s Candle Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mad Hatter’s Candle Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to candles, wax melts, scent sprays, car fresheners, diffuser oils, or any future product offerings.

All products are intended for external use only, unless specifically labeled otherwise. Always follow the usage and safety instructions provided on product labels and packaging.

By purchasing from us, you agree to use all products responsibly and at your own risk.

Sales Channels

Mad Hatter’s Candle Co. products are sold directly through our website, at artisan markets, and through select retailers via consignment or wholesale agreements. Policies may vary slightly by channel, but all purchases are bound by these general terms unless otherwise stated in writing.
